We have identified an issue with the ArcGIS system. When trying to start ArcGIS, users may observe a message stating that You are not licensed for ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced.
We have not identified a workaround yet but are working diagnose the issue. We will leave updates here when we learn more information and as we implement fixes.
