    We have identified an issue with Grouper user attestation. We are working to identify and recify the issue as quickly as possible. We have not identified a workaround yet but are working to diagnose the issue. We will leave updates here when we learn more information and as we implement fixes.

Planned Maintenance: Evisions Products

    A planned change is scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am, where we will be making some important configuration changes to the servers that run Evisions products.

    We are changing the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the server that runs our Evisions products. While this change happened before, some important components failed to be updated, causing widespread issues. To make services available again, we rolled back those changes. We are making those changes, but with the support of Evisions’ support team.

    We have identified an issue with EMS. When trying to log into the everyday user's client, users may get a message that says verification of the portal failed. We are working to identify and recify the issue as quickly as possible. We have not identified a workaround yet but are working to diagnose the issue. Planned Maintenance: Server Maintenance

    A maintenance window has been planned for May 21, 2025 between 4:30 PM and midnight. During this time, many Kenyon services may be unavailable as we perform upgrades.

    At this time, there are no scheduled outages that would affect on campus internet and WiFi or Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc).

    Banner may be unavailable, and integrations that rely on data from Banner may fail. If you have any questions about this portion of the maintenance, please contact Joshua Kramer.

    Most updates require a system restart so there will be service disruptions for many services including Banner, Moodle, file servers, and other web servers. If you have any questions about this portion of the maintenance, please contact Ashleigh Baker.
